Prices and conditions
Prices per week
- High Season: 1900 €.
- Medium Season: 1700 €.
- Low Season: 1500 €.
Booking conditions
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Maximum capacity: 6 persons
- Key handover: 16 h
- Departure: 12 h
- Reservation deposit: 30% of the total amount
- Payment of the remainder: on arrival / the day before
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 15 days in advance: 100% of the deposit refunded
- Cancellation with less than 15 days: no refund
Rental standards
To ensure a good coexistence and care of the house, we ask you to respect these rules:
- Admission: from 2 p.m.
- Departure: before 12 noon
- Late check-in: check availability
- Method of payment: bank transfer or bizum the day before arrival. Cash the day of arrival.
- Pets: not allowed
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Parties: no parties or events that may disturb neighbors are allowed.
- Noise: respect for rest after 11:00 p.m.
- Maximum capacity: the maximum number of persons allowed may not be exceeded.
- Damages: any damage must be reported. Intentional damages will be charged separately
- Garbage: it must be deposited in the municipal containers before departure.
- Cleaning: leaving the house tidy

Casa Cal Suau is located in the middle of the Serra de Castelltallat, in the municipality of Sant Mateu de Bages (Barcelona). Access is easy by well-marked country roads.
